AI in Systems
I’ve been working on the same core problem for fifteen years: how do you embed AI and automation into business workflows in ways that actually change how organizations operate?
That question has taken me across industries and companies to MoxiWorks, where I’m currently CPO. For me, the throughline is the gap between what AI can do and how organizations actually work. Product failure in this space is rarely about the technology. It’s about workflow design, data semantics, organizational structure, and whether the product is built around how humans actually make decisions.
I write here because that gap is underexamined. Most AI discourse operates at the technology layer: what models can do, what’s been released, what’s coming. Less attention goes to the organizational and structural conditions that determine whether any of it creates value. I am here because I want it to.
